ANNUNCIATION

In this mystery we contemplate how the angel Gabriel greeted our Lady with the title “Full of Grace”, and declared unto her the incarnation of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  A virtue to consider during this mystery is humility of which our Lady gives us a shining example.

ZWIASTOWANIE

Spotkanie Maryi z Archaniołem Gabrielem jest wzorem tajemnicy spotkania woli Bożej z ludzką wolnością. Bóg zapowiada swoje wielkie dzieła przekraczające ramy ludzkiej wyobraźni. Ale do spełnienia tych planów potrzebuje współdziałania człowieka, jego zgody i aktywności. Bóg kocha naprawdę, a to oznacza, że w Jego dzieło można się włączyć tylko odpowiadając Bogu miłością na miłość i przemieniając ją w czyn.

VISITATION

Reflecting upon this mystery one must consider how the Blessed Virgin Mary, understanding the angel Gabriel, that her cousin Elizabeth had conceived, went in a hurry into the mountains of Judea to visit her, and remained with her for three months.  With Mary sharing and caring for Elizabeth allows us to meditate on the virtue of charity which is the most profound and supreme joy of our lives.

Obyśmy wzrastali nieustannie w darze Bożego dziecięctwa, aby mieszkał w nas zawsze ten Duch, w którym możemy wołać "ABBA OJCZE", abyśmy w całym naszym życiu rozpoznawali zwrócone ku nam łaskawe oblicze Ojca i mieli w sobie Jego życie.

THE NATIVITY

This mystery helps us to contemplate how the Blessed Virgin Mary, when the time came to give birth, brought forth our Redeemer, Jesus and laid Him in a manger, because there was no room for Him in the inn.  What are we to make of this poverty?  Everything that night at Bethlehem spoke a language that the whole world could understand - love.

THE PRESENTATION

This mystery allows us to reflect on how the Blessed Virgin Mary, on the day of Jesus’ purification, presented the child Jesus, in the temple, where holy Simeon and Anna gave thanks to God with great devotion, receiving Him in their arms while considering the virtue of piety; for this child is a “revealing light to the Gentiles”; the glory of the Chosen People. 

OFIAROWANIE PANA JEZUSA W ŚWIĄTYNI 

Patrząc na swoje życie możemy zobaczyć, że nawet jeśli nie ma w nim poważnego cierpienia, czy dużych problemów to jednak czegoś w nim brakuje. Nie potrafimy naprawdę cieszyć się pełnią życia, nawet jeśli realizujemy różne nasze pragnienia i cele. Jezus Chrystus jest jedynym, który może nam dać prawdziwe spełnienie, który może naszemu życiu nadać prawdziwy sens, gdy Mu się ofiarujemy.

THE FINDING IN THE TEMPLE

One must realize how the Blessed Mother and Saint Joseph lost Jesus for three days when he was twelve years old.  They found Him in the Temple in the midst of theologians of the time disputing with them.  Let us consider the virtue of obedience.  Only obedience wins peace and joy.

Jezus przychodzi jako Ten, który pragnie najpierw wejść w naszą rzeczywistość, a potem pociąga nas za sobą. Przyjęcie Go wymaga pójścia za Nim, wyruszenia w drogę i zobaczenia, gdzie On mieszka, czyli uczenia się krok po kroku życia Jego sprawami w Jego świątyni.
