Dear Friends and Shrine Volunteers!
It's that time of year again! The 45th
Annual Polish American Festival is just around the corner. This year's Festival
will be held on September 4, 5 & 6 (Labor Day Weekend) and on September 11
& 12.
Preparations have already begun and members of the
Festival Committee have been hard at work for several months planning and
getting things ready for this year's festivities. There are some new things on
the "menu" as well as some new attractions we would love to tell you
about.
Special
thank you goes to all volunteers who brought their hands, tools and talents on Saturday,
May 22, 2010 for a short meeting and work on festival grounds. It was a very
successful day.
Our next
scheduled work day is set for June 19
at 9:30 AM.
We will gather on the Festival grounds near the pavilion. Please RSVP if you
can attend the gathering by calling the Shrine at 215-345-0600.
Even though we lost a day due to rain last year,
thanks to your hard work the 2009 Polish American Festival was a success! Each
year we really rely on the commitment and hard work of the Shrine Volunteers to
help make the Festival a success and this year is no different. If you
have any family or friends who would like to volunteer as well, please let us
know.
The Pauline Fathers and the Festival Committee
would like to express their sincere appreciation for giving your time and
energies to make the Annual Polish American Festival possible.
May God bless you and Our Lady of Czestochowa guide
and protect you always.
Sincerely yours,
Pauline Fathers and the Festival Committee
